A discussion under the title "Cultural Heritage as National Identity" will be held after the screening of the documentary titled "The Destruction Of Memory" at Kino Tuškanac at 7 pm. Prof. dr. Tvrtko Jakovina, who teaches 20th century world history at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb will moderate the discussion between Lana Lovrenčić, one of the coauthors of the exhibition about the destroyed monuments of antifascist movement as well as many other projects dealing with the preservation of cultural heritage and memorial tourism on the territory of former Yugoslavia.
Eugen Jakovčić, media coordinator at Documenta Zagreb, will tell us more about the destruction of cultural and sacral heritage during the wars in the 1990s that took place in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo. Dr.
Saša Borić Poljanec from the Ivo Pilar Institute will talk about sociology of space on the topic of which she has also recently published a book. Preserve the culture from collective oblivion and support us in our intention to protect it.
